Registering a New Vehicle in Maryland

Bringing home a new or newly purchased vehicle? Here’s what you need to complete registration with the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA).

1. Verify Your Title and Proof of Ownership

4. Obtain Vehicle Insurance
